I’m a British-Filipino Filmmaker & Photographer, based in London. I first gained an interest in filmmaking through making little movies for YouTube in 2008 when I was 12-years-old. (I am now much older than 12). My main interests are in both narrative and documentary, with a focus on ESE Asian stories and on-screen representation.
I’m a film production graduate, majoring in directing at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, Surrey. Alongside directing, I've received training in cinematography and editing from the likes of RED, Sony and Adobe.
I produce a food culture show for YouTube showcasing dishes from around the world and the people and history behind them. I’ve always found food to be a gateway into learning about another culture. Alongside food, I also produce personal videos about the creative process, lifestyle/travel and mini-documentaries about subcultures and interesting individuals! I’ve amassed over 15k subscribers on YouTube.
As for my photography, I focus on naturalistic portraiture and shoot a range of mediums from medium format film to
I’ve also had the privilege of being able to work as a guest lecturer and talk at UCL and my own university UCA Farnham. In particular, I delivers a series of workshops for UCA on 16mm Filmmaking.
I offer a number of freelance video production as well as photography services:
